Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 1 – 3 business days (excluding processing time).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to all states in the continental US.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Some items, such as certain antiques or high-value jewelry, may have specific shipping restrictions. These will be noted in the product description.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items, and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
